Are SimpleShare and ANCHOR insurance?

No. C&S SimpleShare and ANCHOR are two separate memberships, and neither is insurance. SimpleShare does not share, reimburse or pay medical bills, and it is not a replacement for comprehensive medical coverage. ANCHOR sharing is voluntary, subject to official Guidelines, and never guaranteed.

What does C&S SimpleShare include?

SimpleShare is an everyday virtual-care membership starting at $24.85 per person per month. It includes unlimited virtual primary care, 24/7 virtual urgent care, scheduled behavioral-health sessions and a prescription program. There is no health questionnaire, no visit fees, and you can cancel anytime. Service access is subject to program terms.

What is ANCHOR?

ANCHOR is a separate, voluntary catastrophic health care sharing membership for eligible, larger medical needs, not routine care. Routine office and specialist visits are not eligible sharing categories. It includes First Health Network access nationwide. Sharing is limited to eligible needs, and no need is guaranteed to share.

How much does ANCHOR cost?

Monthly contributions shown range from $122 to $321 for ages 0–64, by membership tier and member responsibility amount (MRA). With a $5,000 MRA: Individual $155, Member + 1 $238, Family $321 per month. With a $10,000 MRA: Individual $122, Member + 1 $192, Family $278 per month. Add $50 per dependent beyond five. A weight-based surcharge may apply. The MRA applies per member, per membership year.

What limits apply to ANCHOR?

The annual sharing maximum is $250,000 per member, per year. Urgent care: 2 visits per member per year, with a $35 member responsibility per visit and up to $300 shareable per visit. Emergency room: $500 visit responsibility and up to $5,000 shareable per incident. Categories, limitations, waiting periods and eligibility are governed by the official Guidelines.
